Happy 77th Birthday to Robert Plant! I wanted to see him in November at the Paramount Theatre in Charlottesville, VA. HE’s performing with Saving Grace as his backup band. I’ve heard great reviews. I went online and the cheapest ticket is $1395/ for one.

I said I wasn’t going to be cheap but this price is outrageous! $400 dollars of it is for “fees.” That’s more expensive than The Rolling Stones. I wish there was more control for the pricing of concert tickets.

I have seen Robert Plant two times. I was front row center at Madison Square Garden in the 80’s. I paid $100. We didn’t have phones back then, but I did get some good pictures. I also saw him, same place another time. I saw Jimmy Page with The Black Crows at the Meadowlands in Jersey.
