More and more pictures are being shown regarding the insurgency that occurred on January 6. There have been multiple arrests and more to come. I hope that they are all prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. Of course that leaves President, (in name only, I’ve been calling him Donald lame duck) Trump, Rudolph Giuliani, and Donald Trump Jr. that should be prosecuted.
As it stands the Democrats want to impeach Trump or preferably have Mike Pence use the 25th amendment to oust him. My thoughts are that preferably they would use the 25th amendment. I don’t feel that Mike Pence has the guts to do that. After all he has endured from Trump, and even at the very end, Trump denouncing him because he wouldn’t, or lawfully couldn’t change the electoral votes. Even after the insurgents were chanting, “hang Pence.”
I don’t like the idea of impeachment at this late date. I understand and agree that he must be held accountable and if they succeed, it would prevent Trump from running for any political office ever again. I am in total agreement with that.
Trump is amongst the missing right now. He has been taken off of Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and even a forum named Parlor, where the extreme right congregate. Actually that has been shut down by Google and Apple.
I am so disgusted and sick inside every time I watch the violence and hate that occurred. So much hate. Disgusted because it is all based on manipulation and lies.
I’m going to end this post by saying that right now, I’m listening to “Living in the Material World”, by George Harrison, I want to concentrate on the words.
