“I’m so tired and feeling so upset,” * I’m ready to accept defeat. Keeping up with politics is exhausting. The latest is that the judge, Aileen Cannon, a Trump appointeee, shockingly has dismissed the charges against him, (probably one of the strongest cases), in the mishandling of classified documents in Florida. Another case that we saw with our own two eyes all of the ways these documents were handled and stored, the lies that he had declassified them just by thinking that he was declassifying them. This man surely lives up to the name “Teflon Don.” Along with a ruling by the Supreme Court that says the president has immunity from prosecution against crimes committed while he was president. WHAT??? Does that mean President Biden can cause a riot or pretty much anything else illegal and its ok? Trump is not the only one…..
Democratic Senator Bob Menendez and his wife, from New Jersey has been found guilty of acceppting hundreds of thousands of dollars of gold, cars and cash in exchange for helping Egypt and Egyptian businessmen to use his power and influence to protect those businessmen and to benefit the government of Egypt. WHAT? He doesn’t even have to resign if he doesn’t want to. In today’s news, he said that he will resign. It is unikely that he will do any time in prison. These are very serious crimes, he also doesn’t have to forfeit his ill gotten gains.

On another Democratic front, President Biden is losing control of his party, all want him to give up running and so does most of America. What or who are the new choices????? Kamala Harris? I said I would vote for anyone but Trump and I will vote for her if need be, but I don’t think she can win.
This is why I’m giving up. I sometimes wish I could go back to being in my twenties, when I paid no attention to polictics and whatever coutcome I felt did not effect me. I’m so tired that I won’t talk about Trump’s vice presidential pick. JD Vance and all the problems with choosing him.
