The other day I went online to try and get tickets to see Ringo and his Allstar Band. They are playing at the Richmond Raceway on September 20. I tried to buy from the venue itself but I kept getting hooked up with third party sellers. The best tickets I found were on the Seat Geek app. As with the other sites they showed the seat layout. The difference is that Seat Geek showed the handicapped section.
I clicked on the handicapped section to no avail. I could easily buy tickets for any other seats, but not the ones I wanted. I have written about this before and it is very frustrating every time to have to go through this. I know sometimes you have to call for the handicapped seats, but I couldn’t find a phone number.
Why is this such a problem? Can anyone help me? Is there something I’m missing?
