It doesn’t need to be said what an amazing woman she was, but I’ve said it anyway. There is so much to admire about her life. It blows my mind how some people are so accomplished in their lives and how did they get to be that way. It’s got to be more than determination and drive. Intelligence is a major factor. What sets them apart from a person like me. This is one of my biggest questions in life.
Back to RBG. Her last statement was not to fill her seat until after the election. Well the wonderful Trump said that it probably wasn’t true and the Democrats made it up. The Republicans are rushing to fill her seat before the election. They want to fill it with another accomplished woman whom they hope will rule on their agendas, as far as loosening gun laws and anti abortion. She is a devout Catholic and says that her religious beliefs won’t interfere with making judgements, by the way I am Catholic too. I know I’ve digressed but I have had problems with the Catholic religion for a long time. Another day, another post. Her name is Amy Coney Barrett.
I’m saddened that RBG passed away. I’m encouraged by the legacy that she leaves and I have hope that there are many young girls out there that have the capacity for greatness and choose to follow in Ruth Bader Ginsberg’s footsteps.
