Here we go again. The Stones are once again going on tour in the US. As an AARP member I was able to get in on the presale. That morning I went online and the site was so busy it crashed. I tried again later in the afternoon. I was looking for tickets at Met Life in New Jersey. Surprisingly the available tickets were very limited. It showed the seating chart and what was available. Most of the stadium was not available. I saw no handicap seating. I clicked on seats in the front middle, both sides and even further back, where seating was extremely limited. Every single ticket no matter where I clicked was over $1000. I’m sorry, I can’t do that.
Going to see The Rolling Stones, as previously mentioned numerous times, is a priority for me but not to the tune of these ticket prices. So now my mind goes to, “knowing this, why doesn’t Pete or my kids do something to surprise me.” My son saw them twice last time they toured. My sisters husband surprised her with tickets last time too. She is not even a rock ‘n roller. Why, I repeat WHY is it so had to get affordable tickets to see them, (I would spend $1000 for two tickets for fairly good seats). Bryan got them last time, I called and asked him and he said a friend of his bought them. I will keep trying, I’m sure this will be the last chance to see them.
