I’m so happy, the bluebirds are back. Last year was the first year they did not nest in our bluebird house, I was so disappointed. This year I had Pete check the house to make sure it was clean and it was. He also put out some suet. I love the feeders in front of the windows so I can see all the birds come to eat. There they were, at the suet and going back and forth into their house, getting it ready! Also eating the suet were the 2 different woodpeckers and usual finches. The robins are on the lawn foraging and the birds are singing loudly, to me it is a sign of spring even though it is the beginning of February.
