Dieting with MS – Update

Since I’ve started seriously recording my calorie intake on My Fitness Pal, I’ve been weighing myself monthly. Since my starting weight of 143.2 on April 8, 2021. The 2nd weigh in on May 6, 2021 was 140.4. I lost 3 lbs. I’m happy with that. There is a problem in that since May 6, we went away for 9 days and I didn’t start recording calories for another 3 days. I didn’t count calories when I was away. We didn’t eat out, which was a plus but I did indulge. I had bobka, some cheese danish, a few cookies, a coffee beer, (Pabst Blue Ribbon) which was really good, tasted like chocolate. The meals were burgers and salads and pasta, wedges, and meatballs, amongst other things, oh yeah, an ice cream cone too! I didn’t weigh myself upon returning. I’m going to wait until June 6 -8, and see how much damage I did or maybe not, being I’m back on track. I have started up on the bicycle, though only two times so far this week.
