P. went to Brazil on a business trip early Sunday. I’m thrilled. I like when he goes away. He’ll be gone till Saturday so I have all week to be stress free. I planned my meals, (small and healthy), invited my son and granddaughter down, (they couldn’t do this week), and lined up shows I wanted to watch. I did portal them on Sunday morning. I’ve been sleeping good so far, (its only been two nights)
I volunteered on Sunday at the garden shop. We were so busy!! I usually don’t do the weekends, only Wednesday and Fridays. One of our two sales of the year was going on for the members. I love when it is busy. I get excited when stuff is moving, the more expensive the better. It goes back to my love of retail, (working in stores and having my own garden shop). I like dealing with people and you would think I owned the store and the profit went in my own pocket.
My cousin L went and picked up they’re new puppy, ($2000), Chesapeake Bay Retriever. They had previously had one, Sadie, who passed away not long after Maggie. I don’t get why people, (all of my relatives) spend so much money on purebred dogs. One cousin spent $3000. on some kind of Doodle, (very, very cute) and has had nothing but health problems with her. All of the Doodles are very expensive yet they are really mutts!!! Go save a dog.
Just saying……….
