The reason I’m writing about them is because I brought two of them out today to add more pins. I have three Jean jackets. One is an old faded Levi’s jacket. Peter got me one from The Hard Rock in London. It is specifically a Beatles jacket. I had already started to collect pins from The Hard Rock from different places. I had Rome, NYC, and Orlando.

Since he travels all over he brings me back pins. Mostly I want guitar pins, although I do have others. I have pins from Croatia, Johannesburg Africa, Prague, London, Barcelona, and South America. I have two guitar pins from Abby Road Studios in London.

On the other jacket I put old pins I find in antique stores or consignment shops. All of the pins are animals. I call in “my critter jacket.” I have bees, frogs, butterflies, birds, crabs, fish, turtles and one large hand beaded spider.

I guess you could say they are collections. Upon thinking about collections, I probably have a problem. I collect a lot of things. Most of my friends don’t collect anything.
