This month, March, I weighed in on the 6th, at 138.4 lbs. I’m entering late because we went away again. Honestly, I don’t believe it. Since the start of monthly weigh ins I’ve lost 3 to 3 1/2 lbs. I don’t feel it at all. I am not dieting but I have returned to riding my stationary bike daily, 2 miles, 80 calories and a little over 20 minutes. I do it even after I shower, which I previously wasn’t doing, (didn’t think I would have the energy to do both). My biggest obstacle is sitting so much. I’m also not doing my sit down yoga DVD.
My next two posts I will be reviewing what I’ve learned about two diets that “work” by resetting protein intake and also resetting your hormones. The theme for me was that they seemed quick, doable, and encouraged healthy eating habits.
