Monthly Weigh In – June 2026


I can’t believe it, 128.6 pounds. I’m so happy! This diet is really working. It is quite repetitive even though I am a creature of habit. The other thing I have to work on is firming up.

That is where Physical Therapy with Stephanie comes in. She is helping me work on my core, I just have to continue doing these exercises at home. I am so encouraged and push myself while I’m at PT, but when I get home, I sit and bury my brain. Yesterday I got to box and it felt sooo good, (I pictured the presidents face). I also did modified lunges, balance exercises with weights, and my favorite machine, the Nustep.
