I knew this one would be more; 142.8, I feel it and I look it. What to do? I need to get serious, yet I’m not ready to commit. I understand there are exercises I can do with MS but honestly none of them appeal to me. They all seem like work. Without MS I could walk to my hearts content, burns calories and it doesn’t seem like work to me. Ride a bicycle, same thing, doesn’t seem like work either. The common denominator is being outside and enjoying nature. So I am forced to adapt; stationary bike, done it, boring. Sit ups on the rug, hard to get motivated. Adaptive DVD’s for people with MS; they seem too easy for me. Gardening is one that I can consistently do, I don’t know how many calories it burns, but at least I’m outside and moving. At the end of it all I am still looking for the easiest options (see below).
Options Weighed, (get it?)
Cool Sculpting and Liposuction – Liposuction doesn’t appeal to me. Cool Sculpting does but the results seen don’t seem that pronounced. Plus, I could gain it all back.
On to drugs: I’ve already talked about Ozempic and its counterpart, Wegovy. Too expensive and as soon as your off of it the weight comes back. Then there’s GoLo, advertised on TV, this one I might try,
