I weigh 146.6, which is consistent with my physical last week. Since I’ve been told that my cholesterol is on the border of taking medication, I have stopped (cut down a lot) of sugar. I still have instant oatmeal packets, (with less sugar) and MultiGrain Cheerios. No more ice cream, even though I bought low cholesterol Breyer’s and Eggo waffles to have ice cream sandwich with hot waffles! I stopped eating past 7 pm and guess what? I’m sleeping through the night!
I’m trying because I started getting down on the rug and doing stretching exercises and sit ups, (100). I get on my stomach and hold my feet and feel the muscles in my thighs scream. I’m also doing planks. On the third night I twisted to my left and something happened to my side. It felt like a rib and I was in a lot of pain. The next couple of days it radiated into my back, rib/kidney area. There are no bruises and I’m being bugged to go to the doctor. I’ve had cracked ribs before and there is nothing they can do anyway so I’m taking Tylenol and Aleve for neck and muscles. Needless to say my rug exercises and stretching has stopped until this passes BUT I will start up again as soon as I can, (feels better today)
