Monthly Weight Update

My weight this morning is 141.1. I have been within a few ounces give-or-take for 4 months now. This is eating whatever I want, no dieting. I am pleased in the way that I haven’t gained any weight considering all the sweets I ate, and not pleased as I look at myself in the mirror and are disgusted by the way my body looks.

I have indulged this holiday season with stuffing, pumpkin pie, cheesecake, rice pudding, chocolate cake, and more Christmas cookies than I can count! This included Peanut brittle, which I make every year, Peppermint bark, which is new for me. and another new one, Oatmeal Lace cookies, with drizzled chocolate.
