It’s still Thanksgiving and after dinner we took a ride to Wrightsville Beach. I saw a CVS that was open and asked if we could stop so I can get a passport photo. I’ve needed to do this for over a year. I wanted to do it today because I had makeup on and my hair was done.

Anyway the lady taking the photo, (old, my age, maybe younger), was a real miserable woman. Didn’t even show me the picture, I had to ask. Well it’s a shitty picture even with makeup and my hair being done. I look old, I guess I am old.

Well, went to the cashier to pay. Twenty dollars! can you believe that. You can get a 4×6 for 29 cents. Is this charge just CVS taking advantage of the fact that you need this specific size photo, how much of that charge does the government get or do they get all of it. Anyway I really needed to get this so I don’t care I’m just saying.
