Trip to NY, “It’s been a Long Time, now I’m Coming back home….”

It has been a long time since writing. I’ve been in a mood. A lot has happened but I feel that these occurances are boring and repetitive. NY and back, Ocrevus infusion, same worries and problems; I bore myself. Anyhow….

This trip to NY was for my granddaughters 3rd birthday. I cannot even begin to express my wonder at watching this little girl. She is such a joy. I love hearing her imagination as she plays with her toys. She is independent, somewhat fearless but careful. She is open to trying new things, (except food). She is a true girly girl who also enjoys being outside in the yard and garden. Her love and knowledge of all Disney princesses is played out daily. She has and loves to wear the Disney princess dresses. Right before her birthday they went to DisneyWorld and she met all of them. Her face is lit up, her smile huge, her hugs genuine. The pictures priceless.

Much to the chagrin of her father, she is the actress in our family. I had always wanted to be an actress. Needless to say, I never followed that route. I named my daughter, Jennifer Leigh, (a perfect name for an actress). Nothing. This child, without any prompting, finds a stage and puts on a show regardless of where she is. She will bow and tell you when its over and expects applause and bravo’s. She loves to dance, especially with her sissy.
