Amazing….. Today is 141.6, that is 3 lbs. less than November. The only thing I am doing differently is not eating past 7 pm., (sometimes we eat at 7). I’ll continue doing this and see if this is really why I lost weight. It would be quite enlightening if by just not eating at night, losing weight is possible. The thing is, I am eating regular bread. I have delicious onion hamburger rolls instead of the usual 100 calorie sandwich rounds. I am also adding cheese to my burger, something I never did and regular ketchup too, instead of avacado.
I’ll just have to wait and see, I don’t want to jinx myself. This is also the worst time of year, it’s Christmas cookie time, and I LOVE Christmas cookies!
