I’m pleased, 143.4, almost down 2 lbs. Not much but something. I have been watching what I eat and I made a major change. It used to be that if I was full and Pete brought out ice cream, carrot cake or some other sweet I would eat it. Now I recognize when I’m full and I can say no and be comfortable about it. After pigging out on tons of peanut butter on my 100 calorie english muffin, I went back to buying avacadoes, because I like it on my english muffin.
After going to physical therapy, (my sessions are over), I am trying to incorporate the stretches I learned into my day. I’m not going to lie, I can do alot better, but I feel confident that I’ll get there.
