I am so happy! My son, his girlfriend and my little granddaughter are coming down for a long weekend, Friday till Tuesday. I’m making Mussels and Shrimp Fra Diavolo with an antepasto style naan with pesto from my garden, sundried tomatoes, artichoke hearts, kalamata olives and fresh mozzarella with a traditional salad with added grapes and walnuts. For dessert P is trying to find a Babka. This is for Friday when they arrive. Saturday we’ll eat out and Easter I am making a honey ham with pineapples, sweet potato pie, (made with sweet potatoes/carrots and no sugar in a graham cracker crust.) Recipe below:
