Back in the Garden 3/16/22

In past two days the weather has been cooperating, (high 60’s/70) for me to get back into the garden. Both days I went out late in the afternoon, (daylight savings time has helped). It’s funny that I used to limit myself. If I rode my bike, then I couldn’t work in the garden. If I volunteered in the garden shop, I couldn’t work in the garden or do bicycle. I was really limiting myself. These days I’m trying to do more without getting overtired.

That being said, on Tuesday I equipped my walker with my kneeler, tools, weed bucket and small rake, (to rake where I’m going to be working in case of snakes).

I cut back all the old brown leaves of the Hellebores, which I have two new ones, picked up leaves, (not all of them) and tons of pine needles. I started to cut back the Liriope but stopped, (I got distracted)
