Yesterday I had my six month check up with my MS doctor. Everything seems to be the same as far as symptoms. I had my 6 month dose of Ocrevus 2 weeks ago. He explained to me that being on Ocrevus you are depleting your B cells which help your immunity. So as far as Covid is concerned I need extra protection besides the Covid 19 vaccinations. I have had the original two and a booster. He said I could get another booster and now they have another shot, (actually 2) that you get at the same time in your butt, which replenishes your B cells. I didn’t write down what the shots are called and tried googling it with no findings, (only about butt augmentations). Anyway I’ll keep you posted, he will be scheduling me for them.
I left with another 6 month appointment and an Rx for a new MRI with contrast. He did suggest I see a urologist, which has been suggested before and which I never do,
