139.6 – 2 pounds less. I’m not getting too excited. The only thing I’ve done differently is going back on the stationary bike, pedaling 2 miles daily. I am concentrating on eating only when I’m hungry and not because I’m bored, or because I eat the same thing every day, or trying to stay awake.
